An information meeting with the management staff and quality assurance representatives of the VET institutions that are to be accredited took place at ANQA.
On February 1-4, the ENQA expert panel will have meetings with the ANQA director and staff, the foundation’s Board of trustees, the Accreditation Committee, experts, university representatives, students and other stakeholders.
On January 17-21, 2022, within the framework of the SMARTI programme a one-week hybrid training course titled "English for Special Purposes and European Credit Transfer System" was held at the Catholic University of Portugal. The meeting was organized by Eduardo Cardoso, head of the programme’s fourth working package. Gerard Cullen, head of the programme and representative of Dresden University of Technology also took part in the event.
It should be noted that the focus of ANQA monitoring is academic programmes, which is conditioned by the upcoming programme accreditations. As a result of the joint work of the experts and the representatives of the universities, an attempt is made to hold professional discussions in the direction of improving the academic programmes, to identify the areas to be improved in the educational programs, to prepare for the accreditations expected of the universities.
