On September 29, Armenian partners of the Erasmus+ KPI4HE project came together to discuss the piloting process of KPIs developed by HEIs at an online meeting.
The participants addressed the following issues:
- the HEI-developed KPIs to be selected for piloting as part of the project;
- the selection criteria.
It was highlighted that the HEIs may use internal KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of their processes and other KPIs to demonstrate their progress and continuous enhancements to the state and society.
The participants also explored the possibility of localizing and piloting UNESCO’s internationally recognised KPIs in Armenia.
It was decided to prioratise the KPIs related to education quality and governance.
It should be recalled that ANQA is the coordinator coordinator of the Erasmus+ KPI4HE project's third work package (WP3). As part of the WP3, the previously developed KPIs will be piloted at partner HEIs. This will enable a comprehensive evaluation of the HEIs’ performance outcomes and help identify areas for enhancement and support strategic planning.
