The goal is to educate a generation equipped to research, analyse, and enhance processes in the real-world work environment.
ANQA, with the support of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation, implements the "Building innovative teaching capacities in VET (development of research and digital skills" project.
As part of the initiative, teachers from VET institutions in healthcare, agriculture and IT will undergo training.
The project is designed to develop practical research and digital skills of VET institutions’ teachers, enabling them to independently revise and modernise academic programmes and course descriptors in alignment with the labour market requirements and the National Qualifications Framework.
The process aims to prepare specialists in the VET system who, beyond professional skills, demonstrate a research-oriented mindset, an analytical approach and the ability to adapt swiftly to the evolving demands of the labour market.
Currently, training specialists regularly hold meetings and discussions with ANQA’s specialists to develop course materials and clarify methods to ensure the outcome achievement. Next week, initial training sessions will start through pilot seminars, serving to enhance course materials and prepare for the full implementation of the training programme.
ANQA expresses its gratitude to the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation for enabling this significant initiative, as well as to all the committed specialists whose practice contributes to the project success.
