ANQA continues the training “Building Innovative Teaching Capacities in VET (Development of Research and Digital Skills)”, implemented with the support of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation. On March 12, another online session was conducted with the participation of teachers from the agricultural VET institutions. During the session, the teachers presented their lesson plans, receiving feedback and enhancement-led recommendations from the training specialists.
Building on their work, the teachers designed lesson plans based on their research questions and piloted them with students to achieve more concrete and measurable outcomes.
The teachers received feedback and recommendations for the enhancement of their lesson plans. They were encouraged to revise the plans and continue classroom pilots for further result analysis.
In the next session, the teachers will share the outcomes of their classroom pilots and again receive feedback from the trainers.
This process will enable teachers to build not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills, contributing to the development of students' research capacities and greater teaching effectiveness.
