ANQA continues the training “Building Innovative Teaching Capacities in VET (Development of Research and Digital Skills)”, implemented with the support of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation. On March 2, another online session was conducted with the participation of teachers from the agricultural VET institutions. During the session, the teachers shared their research questions, receiving feedback and enhancement-led recommendations from the training specialists.
Building on their work, the teachers will design lesson plans based on their research questions. They will pilot the plans with students to achieve measurable outcomes. In the next session, the teachers will share the results of their classroom pilots and again receive feedback from the trainers.
This process will enable teachers to further develop their capacities, equipping them with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to enhance teaching effectiveness in their professional fields.
