ANQA is the coordinator of the Erasmus+ KPI4HE project's third work package (WP3). As part of the WP3, the previously developed KPIs will be piloted at partner HEIs. This will enable a more comprehensive evaluation of the HEIs’ performance outcomes and help identify areas for enhancement.
On September 12, an online meeting was held with representatives from ANQA, the Higher Education and Science Committee and the partner HEIs. The discussion addressed criteria for piloting KPIs, approaches to their implementation and upcoming steps.
The key points included:
- identifying the most important indicators for the HEIs’ development (graduation rate, student engagement, research programmes, etc.);
- ensuring the reliability of measurements and the process;
- applying the results to enhance the HEIs’ funding and programmes.
The KPIs’ piloting and integration will contribute to:
- the enhancement of the HEIs’ governance and strategic planning;
- the equitable allocation of state funding;
- the enhancement of the education quality for students.
