On November 19, ANQA participated in the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education’s (CEENQA) last online members’ meeting of the year.
The first presentation provided an overview of the development of Estonia's new institutional accreditation model. The presentation highlighted the key areas of the system changes, including the modernisation of quality assurance criteria, the student involvement in the self-evaluation process, the integrated use of centrally collected national indicators and institutional data, and mechanisms for follow-up seminars after the review.
The second presentation showcased the CEENQA staff mobility experience. The presentation covered the objectives of the practice exchange among member agencies and the key topics discussed, i.e. quality assurance procedures, strategic planning, internal capacity development, and the application of digital tools.
The meeting ended with a professional discussion on the enhancement of accreditation processes and new opportunities to deepen cooperation.
