ANQA continues the training “Building Innovative Teaching Capacities in VET (Development of Research and Digital Skills)”, implemented with the support of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation. On March 13, another online session was conducted with the participation of teachers from the IT VET institutions. During the session, the teachers presented their lesson plans, receiving feedback and enhancement-led recommendations from the training specialists.
Building on their work, the teachers designed lesson plans based on their research questions and piloted them with students to achieve more measurable and data-driven learning outcomes.
The participants received professional recommendations to enhance the lesson plans and increase the effectiveness of the educational process. It was suggested to revise the lesson plans and continue classroom pilots for the result analysis.
In the next session, the teachers will share the results of their pilots and practice, again receiving feedback from the trainers.
This process enables teachers to continuously develop their capacities, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience, which contributes to more effective teaching in professional fields.
