On March 4, the working group for Work Package 3 of the Erasmus+ “Fostering Socially Distanced and Inclusive on-Campus Education in Armenian HEIs” (eCAMPUS) project held an online meeting.
The meeting focused on the organisation and agenda of the upcoming online workshop on “Internal Quality Assurance Criteria and Procedures”.
The discussions highlighted the study of European best practices and their benchmarking against the approaches applied within the Armenian higher education system. It was noted that this exchange enables HEIs to evaluate their practices against those of leading European HEIs and adopt effective solutions for the internal quality assurance of digital teaching.
It was also emphasised that the upcoming workshop should bring together not only the eCAMPUS partner HEIs, but also representatives from other Armenian HEIs, to facilitate practice sharing, benchmarking and the dissemination of best practices.
ANQA presented the proposed format and preliminary agenda for the workshop scheduled for March 24. A key focus of the workshop will be the presentation of European best practices and a discussion of their applicability in the Armenian context. Participants will explore the practices of Sweden, Italy, Spain and Portugal in the development of QA systems for digital teaching and learning.
The presented practices will serve as a basis for benchmarking, enabling Armenian HEIs to compare their procedures with European approaches and develop more effective mechanisms for the internal quality assurance of digital teaching.
