On September 30, ANQA participated in an online meeting of the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA).
The meeting focused on the responsible use of AI in EQA processes and the engagement of experts, students, and other stakeholders at different stages of external review.
Alexandra Dolgopolova, representative of the Estonian Quality Agency for Education (HAKA), presented experts’ reflections on the use of AI in external quality assurance processes, addressing issues related to its responsible application.
The discussion also covered approaches to the involvement of experts, students and observers at different stages of the QA cycle, highlighting the contribution of stakeholder participation to the enhancement of QA processes.
The meeting also featured reports by CEENQA Board members and a presentation on the activities of the network’s new member, Uzbekistan’s NQAAE agency.
ANQA’s participation in the network’s regular meetings facilitates the exchange of international practice and the study of approaches to the development of QA processes.
