On September 24, ANQA participated in the fourth online meeting of the working group on Cross-Border Quality Assurance (CBQA) in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) as part of the Erasmus+ “Support for the Enhancement-Oriented Implementation of the Quality Assurance Key Commitment” (SIQA) project.
The meeting was organised by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
The first part of the meeting covered the mapping results of QA agencies as part of the SPICE project, along with the key challenges and experiences from the ROQA-TNE project in relation to the QA of transnational education. The participants discussed the areas of common interest across different initiatives and considered opportunities for further cooperation.
The second part of the meeting focused on the working group's drafts of “Key Considerations for CBQA” and “Code of Conduct for CBQA in the EHEA”. The participants provided comments and recommendations on the third drafts of the documents.
The meeting ended with a summary of the discussion outcomes, an outline of working group’s next steps and a discussion of the arrangements for the next meeting.
