A site visit will take place at the Armenian National Agrarian University as part of the institutional accreditation process. On March 11, ANQA held a meeting with the participation of its acting director, head of the Institutional and Programme Accreditation Division, the coordinator and the expert panel.
Since this is the Armenian National Agrarian University’s third cycle of institutional accreditation, the meeting addressed the institution’s post-accreditation progress and the steps taken to enhance the effectiveness of its academic programmes (APs).
The following issues were discussed:
- whether the institution has a strategy to ensure balanced development of all APs;
- whether the teaching and assessment systems enable the assessment of all learning outcomes;
- whether the institution's activities address sector-specific issues.
The desk review meeting is an important stage that ensures the full preparation of the site visit and the effective implementation of the process.
