On February 20, ANQA participated in an online seminar "Development of National Certificate Programme (NCP) in Digital Teaching, Learning & Assessment" as part of the Erasmus+ eCAMPUS project.
The seminar focused on the development of a national certificate programme to ensure teachers' capacity building in digital learning, teaching and assessment, drawing on European practice and relevant competence frameworks.
European partner HEIs shared their practices in digital competence certification models, competence-based assessment mechanisms, the structure of training programmes, and the use of teaching management systems.
Particular emphasis was placed on the implementation of outcome-based learning.
As a result of the discussions, a set of joint recommendations was developed to further refine the programme content and its implementation mechanisms.
