ANQA continues the training “Building Innovative Teaching Capacities in VET (Development of Research and Digital Skills)” for the teachers from medical VET institutions, implemented with the support of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation. On March 2, another online training session was conducted, during which participants shared their research questions. They received feedback and enhancement-led recommendations from the training specialists.
The session aimed to address the development of students' research skills in the medical field, emphasising the importance of data collection, analysis and practical application. It was highlighted that students should have the ability to collect and analyse data, applying their knowledge to real clinical cases.
Building on their work, the teachers will design lesson plans based on their research questions and pilot them with students. In the next session, the teachers will share the results of their classroom pilots, again receiving feedback from the trainers.
This process will enable teachers to enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for more effective teaching, while also developing students' research capacities based on real medical data.
