ANQA continues the training “Building Innovative Teaching Capacities in VET (Development of Research and Digital Skills)”, implemented with the support of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation. On March 2, another online session was conducted with the participation of teachers from the IT VET institutions. During the session, the teachers presented their lesson plans, receiving feedback and enhancement-led recommendations from the training specialists.
The discussions featured the development of students' research skills, emphasising the importance of data collection, analysis and practical application.
The participants addressed the formation of students' professional approach, highlighting the need to apply knowledge in real-world practice informed by data and research findings.
Building on their work, the teachers will design lesson plans based on their research questions and pilot them with students.
This process will enable teachers to build not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills, contributing to the development of students' research capacities and greater teaching effectiveness.
